Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. 2. Add paneer, bell peppers, and onion to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, yogurt, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Set aside.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or grill pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and vegetables, and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked through.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes each.
  6. 6. To assemble, spread a generous layer of mint chutney on each roti, place the cooked paneer and vegetables in the center, and roll tightly into a wrap.
