- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g Honey
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 kg Idli Rice
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 100 g Garlic

- 2. Add the beef strips to the marinade and let them sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- 4. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the bell pepper slices for 2-3 minutes to retain their crunch.
