Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100G Oleo
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add sliced onion and green bell pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Stir in ginger paste, finely chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and black pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is well combined and aromatic.
- 4. Add cubed paneer and salt to the pan; gently toss to coat the paneer in the spice mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 5. Butter one side of each bread slice and toast them in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- 6. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the kadhai paneer mixture evenly between two slices of toasted bread; press gently to close.
- 7. Serve warm with a side of green chutney or ketchup for dipping.
