Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai or pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil begins to separate, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, and cook for 1-2 minutes to blend the spices.
- 5. Add the bell peppers and green chilies, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes and gently toss to coat them with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet or tawa until soft and pliable.
- 8. Place a portion of the kadhai paneer mixture in the center of each paratha, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and roll tightly.
- 9. Serve the Spicy Kadhai Paneer Breakfast Rolls immediately for a wholesome and flavorful breakfast.
