Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes to combine the spices.
- 5. Add crumbled paneer and yogurt to the pan. Stir well to coat the paneer with the spices and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and remove the paneer bhurji from heat. Let it cool slightly.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a tawa or skillet. Place a generous portion of the paneer bhurji in the center of each paratha.
- 8. Roll the parathas tightly around the filling to form wraps. Serve warm as a wholesome breakfast.
