- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 250 g Carrot

- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 200 g Dahi
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and turmeric powder. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing. Once they splutter, add green chili, grated carrot, chopped cabbage, and green peas. Sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- 3. Add garam masala and red chili powder to the sautéed vegetables. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center, fold the dough over, and crimp the edges to seal the dumplings.
- 5. Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot with yogurt or mint chutney.
