Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- - Olive Oil
- 140 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with a light coating of olive oil.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and form a thick masala base.
- 4. Lower the heat and blend in the yogurt, stirring well to create a creamy mixture. Add the paneer cubes, gently coating them in the masala. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Transfer the paneer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and let the dish rest for 2 minutes before serving warm for breakfast.
