Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • - Olive Oil
  • 140 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with a light coating of olive oil.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and form a thick masala base.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and blend in the yogurt, stirring well to create a creamy mixture. Add the paneer cubes, gently coating them in the masala. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. 5. Transfer the paneer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and let the dish rest for 2 minutes before serving warm for breakfast.
