Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften into a thick masala.
  4. 4. Add the minced chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
