- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, and garam masala, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.
- 4. Grill the spiced eggs on a hot, lightly greased skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
- 5. Assemble the sautéed vegetables in a bowl as the base. Place the grilled eggs on top.
- 6. Drizzle plain yogurt mixed with lemon juice over the bowl. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
