  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100G Oleo
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, and garam masala, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.
