Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, and green chili. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the cubed paneer and gently mix, ensuring the masala coats the paneer evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. Stir well and remove from heat.
  6. 6. Heat a flat pan or tawa, spread butter on bread slices, and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.
  7. 7. Spread the paneer masala evenly over the toasted bread slices.
