Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, and green chili. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
- 3. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
- 4. Add the cubed paneer and gently mix, ensuring the masala coats the paneer evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. Stir well and remove from heat.
- 6. Heat a flat pan or tawa, spread butter on bread slices, and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 7. Spread the paneer masala evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- 8. Garnish with additional coriander leaves if desired and serve hot.
