- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the ginger and garlic paste, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick base.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to blend the spices.
- 4. Add the diced vegetables and slit green chili to the pan, stirring to coat them with the spice mixture. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Lower the heat and stir in the yogurt, ensuring it is well mixed into the gravy without curdling. Adjust the salt as needed.
- 6. Gently add the paneer cubes to the curry, ensuring they are evenly coated with the gravy. Cover the pan and let the curry simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
