  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Stir in the ginger and garlic paste, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick base.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to blend the spices.
  4. 4. Add the diced vegetables and slit green chili to the pan, stirring to coat them with the spice mixture. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
