Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and the oil starts to separate, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix in the minced chicken, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the chopped green bell pepper and garam masala, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the bell pepper is tender but still slightly crunchy.
