Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and the oil starts to separate, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Mix in the minced chicken, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the chopped green bell pepper and garam masala, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the bell pepper is tender but still slightly crunchy.
- 7. Adjust salt to taste and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves before serving.
