Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100G Oleo
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft, then mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. 4. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
  5. 5. Stir in the diced green and red bell peppers, cover, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  6. 6. While the chicken cooks, lightly toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp.
