Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 100G Oleo
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft, then mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
- 4. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
- 5. Stir in the diced green and red bell peppers, cover, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 6. While the chicken cooks, lightly toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp.
- 7. Once the chicken mixture is ready, spoon it generously over the toasted bread slices.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately for a warm, hearty breakfast.
