Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- - Green Chutney
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the marinade. Mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the paneer is slightly golden.
- 4. Heat the parathas one by one on a hot skillet until warm and slightly crisp on both sides.
- 5. To assemble, place a portion of the cooked veggie tikka mixture in the center of each paratha, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top, and roll tightly.
- 6. Serve immediately with mint chutney on the side for added flavor.
