- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- - Besan
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 100G Oleo
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, gram flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 2. Add cubed paneer, bell peppers, onion, and tomato into the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mixture and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the paneer is lightly browned.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a tawa or skillet for about 1 minute on each side until soft and pliable.
- 5. Assemble the wraps by spreading a portion of the cooked tikka mixture onto each paratha. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves for added flavor.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly into wraps and serve immediately as a hearty breakfast or brunch option.
