Ingredients

  • 500 g Suji
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the semolina for 3-4 minutes until it turns light golden. Set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, heat cooking oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  3. 3. Add green chilies and mixed vegetables to the pan. Sprinkle turmeric powder and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Mix the roasted semolina into the pan and gently combine with the vegetables.
  5. 5. Gradually add yogurt and stir continuously to ensure the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
