Ingredients
- 500 g Suji
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the semolina for 3-4 minutes until it turns light golden. Set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, heat cooking oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- 3. Add green chilies and mixed vegetables to the pan. Sprinkle turmeric powder and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Mix the roasted semolina into the pan and gently combine with the vegetables.
- 5. Gradually add yogurt and stir continuously to ensure the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- 6. Add salt to taste and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 8. Serve hot as a wholesome and flavorful breakfast bowl.
