Ingredients
- 500 g Rava
- 200 ml Ghee
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Carrot
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat the ghee in a large pan on medium heat and roast the semolina for 4-5 minutes until it turns light golden and aromatic. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter, then add curry leaves, green chili, and turmeric powder. Sauté for 1 minute.
- 3. Add the chopped carrot, green peas, green beans, and tomato. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- 4. Gradually add the roasted semolina back to the pan, stirring continuously to ensure no lumps form.
- 5. Pour in 2 cups of boiling water while stirring and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the semolina absorbs the water and the mixture thickens.
- 6. Stir in the salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- 7. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve warm, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
