  • 250g Swad White Aval 250g
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in cold water for 30 seconds, then set aside to soften.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  3. 3. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  4. 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, diced tomato, grated carrot, and green peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Add the softened poha and salt to the pan. Stir gently to coat the poha with the spices and vegetables.
  6. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to ensure the poha is evenly heated and flavored.
  7. 7. Add lemon juice and mix lightly. Garnish with roasted peanuts and chopped coriander leaves.
