  • 250g Swad White Aval 250g
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • - Green Peas
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) under running water in a colander until soft, then set aside to drain completely.
  2. 2. Heat mustard oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add Panch Phoron and let it sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced carrot and green peas. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the softened poha, ensuring it is evenly mixed with the spiced vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
