Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat sunflower oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the aromas.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and the oil starts to separate, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and green beans to the pan. Stir well and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cook for another 2 minutes to warm them through.
- 7. Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.
