Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sunflower oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the aromas.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and the oil starts to separate, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and green beans to the pan. Stir well and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cook for another 2 minutes to warm them through.
