Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Celery
  • 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
  • 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
  • 100 g Chukde Monosodium Glutamate
  • 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 400 g American Garden Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add 4 chopped onions, 2 diced green peppers, and 1 cup of chopped celery. Cook until the onions are tender but not browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 3 cups of chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons of mirchi powder. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Add 3 cups of kidney beans to the mixture. Stir to incorporate.
  5. 5. Cover the Dutch oven and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with crisp, salted crackers on the side.
