Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Celery
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 100 g Chukde Monosodium Glutamate
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 400 g American Garden Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add 4 chopped onions, 2 diced green peppers, and 1 cup of chopped celery. Cook until the onions are tender but not browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 3 cups of chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons of mirchi powder. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add 3 cups of kidney beans to the mixture. Stir to incorporate.
- 5. Cover the Dutch oven and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with crisp, salted crackers on the side.
