Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc Broccoli
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing, peeling if necessary, and chopping them into uniform sizes. Cube the paneer and keep it ready.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the tawa. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix them with the vegetables. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, letting the paneer absorb the spices.
- 5. Once the medley is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
