Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing, peeling if necessary, and chopping them into uniform sizes. Cube the paneer and keep it ready.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the tawa. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix them with the vegetables. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, letting the paneer absorb the spices.
  5. 5. Once the medley is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
