- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, letting them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sautéing until the onion turns translucent. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.

- 5. Spread 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of green chutney over the dosa. Place a portion of the spiced vegetable filling in the center.
- 6. Fold the dosa into a wrap or roll and gently press it down. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling to make additional wraps.
- 7. Serve the Spiced Tawa Veggie Dosa Wraps hot with extra green chutney on the side for dipping.
