  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, letting them crackle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sautéing until the onion turns translucent. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
  3. 3. Add the julienned carrot, shredded cabbage, and chopped bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crunchy. Season with salt to taste and set aside.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the tawa and spread it in a thin circular motion to form a dosa. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  5. 5. Spread 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of green chutney over the dosa. Place a portion of the spiced vegetable filling in the center.
  6. 6. Fold the dosa into a wrap or roll and gently press it down. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling to make additional wraps.
  7. 7. Serve the Spiced Tawa Veggie Dosa Wraps hot with extra green chutney on the side for dipping.
