- 200 g Paneer
- 500 Grms Jowar Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Tortilla Wraps
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the pan along with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring gently to coat the paneer in spices.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomato softens and the mixture is well combined. Turn off the heat and mix in lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of plain yogurt on each tortilla or roti. Place a portion of the cooked millet in the center, followed by the spiced paneer mixture.
- 5. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Optionally, toast the wraps on a tawa or skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to seal and lightly crisp them.
- 6. Slice the wraps in half, garnish with more fresh cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
