  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 Grms Jowar Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Tortilla Wraps
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes to the pan along with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring gently to coat the paneer in spices.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomato softens and the mixture is well combined. Turn off the heat and mix in lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of plain yogurt on each tortilla or roti. Place a portion of the cooked millet in the center, followed by the spiced paneer mixture.
  5. 5. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Optionally, toast the wraps on a tawa or skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to seal and lightly crisp them.
  6. 6. Slice the wraps in half, garnish with more fresh cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
