Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the tawa or flat griddle over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- 4. Add the diced tomato and bell pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and salt to the pan. Toss gently to coat the paneer with the spice mixture and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over the dish. Mix well and cook for an additional minute.
- 7. Remove from heat and serve hot with toasted bread, paratha, or as is for a nutritious and flavorful breakfast.
