Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the tawa or flat griddle over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomato and bell pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables soften slightly.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes and salt to the pan. Toss gently to coat the paneer with the spice mixture and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
