- 200 ml Ghee
- 250 g Carrot
- - Green Peas
- - Dairy Milk
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Kaju Kani
- 500 g Rava
- - Sweet Magic Dahi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, followed by curry leaves and green chili. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. Add the semolina to the pan and roast for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously until lightly golden and aromatic.
- 3. Mix in the turmeric powder, chopped carrot, green peas, and cashews. Cook for 2 minutes, ensuring the vegetables start to soften.
- 4. Gradually pour in the milk and yogurt, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Season the porridge with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste. Continue cooking until the semolina reaches a creamy consistency and the vegetables are fully tender.
