Ingredients
- 250 g Spring Onion
- 500 g Baby Potato (Chikka Aloo Gadde)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 175 g Lemon - Imported
- 250 g Sardar Chicken Sausage / Frankfurter
- 200 g Shrimpop Tandoori Torpedo Shrimp
- 1 pack (50 g) Tmi Colman Tezpatta Bay Leaves
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 45 g Snapin Cinnamon Powder
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Fill a very large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- 2. Once boiling, add the juice of 1 lemon, 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to season the water.
- 3. Add 18 small potatoes, 1 lb sliced chicken sausage, 12 chopped sambar onions to the pot. Bring back to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost tender.
- 4. Add 2 corn cobs, cut into halves, and 12 shrimp to the pot. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- 5. Add 3 lbs of fresh shrimp to the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
- 6. Carefully drain the pot and transfer the seafood, sausage, and vegetables to a large serving platter.
- 7. Serve hot with a side of hot sauce for added spice, if desired.
