- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 g Carrot
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Chaat Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix besan, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Add a little water to make a thick batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with olive oil. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the pan, flattening them slightly to form small tikka bites. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
- 3. To prepare the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, and a pinch of salt with a little water to form a smooth chutney.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a flat pan for 30 seconds on each side. Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on each roti.
- 5. Place a few besan tikka bites in the center of each roti and top with julienned cucumber and carrot. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala for added flavor.
- 6. Fold the sides of the roti over the filling to form a wrap, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Serve immediately for a warm, delicious breakfast.
