- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Add the tomato and green bell pepper to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Add grated paneer to the pan and mix well with the spices and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on two slices of bread. Distribute the paneer mixture evenly onto these slices and top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- 5. Heat a tawa or skillet on medium heat. Spread butter on both sides of the sandwiches and place them on the tawa. Toast each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- 6. Remove the sandwiches from the tawa and cut them into halves or quarters. Serve warm.
