  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the tomato and green bell pepper to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add grated paneer to the pan and mix well with the spices and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on two slices of bread. Distribute the paneer mixture evenly onto these slices and top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  5. 5. Heat a tawa or skillet on medium heat. Spread butter on both sides of the sandwiches and place them on the tawa. Toast each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. 6. Remove the sandwiches from the tawa and cut them into halves or quarters. Serve warm.
