Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Add the green chili and chopped tomato to the pan. Cook until the tomato becomes soft and mushy, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1 minute to release the spices' aroma.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well to coat it evenly with the spice mixture. Season with salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves.
- 5. Warm the parathas on a tawa or flat griddle until they are pliable and slightly crispy, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 6. Spread a thin layer of plain yogurt on each paratha and place a generous amount of the paneer filling in the center.
- 7. Fold the parathas into pockets, sealing the edges lightly. Optionally, secure them with toothpicks to hold the shape.
- 8. Serve warm with a side of mint chutney or ketchup for dipping.
