Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute, then add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
- 3. Add the paneer cubes to the pan, stir gently to coat with the gravy, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, then simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander.
- 4. Warm the parathas on a tawa or skillet until soft and pliable. Place the julienned cucumber and carrot in the center of each paratha.
- 5. Spoon the prepared paneer makhani mixture onto the vegetables in each paratha. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- 6. Serve the rolls warm, garnished with extra coriander if desired.
