Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
  2. 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute, then add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
  3. 3. Add the paneer cubes to the pan, stir gently to coat with the gravy, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, then simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander.
  4. 4. Warm the parathas on a tawa or skillet until soft and pliable. Place the julienned cucumber and carrot in the center of each paratha.
  5. 5. Spoon the prepared paneer makhani mixture onto the vegetables in each paratha. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. 6. Serve the rolls warm, garnished with extra coriander if desired.
