Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 g Dahi
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and a pinch of salt to make the mint-yogurt sauce. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer stays soft.
- 6. Warm the parathas on a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
- 7. To assemble, spread a layer of the mint-yogurt sauce on each paratha. Add a portion of the paneer mixture and top with fresh onion slices.
- 8. Roll each paratha tightly to form a kathi roll. Serve immediately while warm.
