Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough, adding a little water if needed. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix grated paneer, carrots, bell peppers, spinach, green chilies, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Combine well to prepare the stuffing.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle. Place a portion of the paneer and veggie mixture in the center, then fold the edges to seal the stuffing.
  4. 4. Gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat, round paratha, ensuring the filling does not spill out.
  5. 5. Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Place the paratha on the hot tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, applying a small amount of ghee or oil, until golden brown spots appear.
  6. 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve the parathas hot with yogurt or pickle, and optionally brush with butter for added richness.
