Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, around 5-6 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies, along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and blend into the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well, ensuring the spices coat it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
