Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, around 5-6 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies, along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and blend into the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well, ensuring the spices coat it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, then give the dish a final stir.
- 7. Remove from heat and serve warm with a lemon wedge on the side for a refreshing tang.
