Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the diced green and red bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the cubed paneer and mix well to coat it with the spice mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  6. 6. Crush the dried fenugreek leaves between your palms and sprinkle them over the dish. Add garam masala and mix well.
  7. 7. Stir in the fresh cream and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes to bring everything together.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with parathas, naan, or roti.
