Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
- 4. Add the diced green and red bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- 5. Gently fold in the cubed paneer and mix well to coat it with the spice mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Crush the dried fenugreek leaves between your palms and sprinkle them over the dish. Add garam masala and mix well.
- 7. Stir in the fresh cream and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes to bring everything together.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with parathas, naan, or roti.
