Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Sugar
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, approximately 5-6 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the ginger paste and cook for 1 minute to release its aroma.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the sliced green and red bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes while maintaining their crunch.
- 6. Gently fold in the cubed paneer, salt, and sugar, ensuring the paneer is coated with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
