- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 400 g Atta Bread
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chili to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and gently fold it into the masala. Cook for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated and heated through.
- 6. Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden and crisp using a toaster or a hot pan.
