  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chili to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
