- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 pack (20 g) Popular Essentials Mace/Javitri
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
Instructions
- 1. Slice 2 cups of green tomatoes and place them in a pot. Cover with water and bring to a quick boil for 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Drain the tomatoes thoroughly and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of mace, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 cup of raisins to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Roll out a rich pie crust and line a pie plate with it. Pour the tomato mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly.
- 5. Roll out another piece of pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Slash the top crust to allow steam to escape and crimp the edges to seal.
- 6. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- 7. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
