Ingredients

  • 500 g Suji
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Green Peas
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until it turns slightly golden and aromatic, then set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add diced carrot and green peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder and vegetable stock, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
