  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the rava in a pan on medium heat until it turns aromatic and slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves, and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, then stir in the diced carrots, green peas, and tomatoes. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the vegetables with spices.
