- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 500 g Onion
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds, then add the curry leaves and green chilies.
- 2. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and sauté until they soften, stirring occasionally. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
- 3. Stir in the tamarind pulp and coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, to let the flavors meld together.
- 4. Add the cleaned prawns to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- 5. Adjust the salt to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
