  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)

  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 500 g Onion
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds, then add the curry leaves and green chilies.
  2. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and sauté until they soften, stirring occasionally. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  3. 3. Stir in the tamarind pulp and coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, to let the flavors meld together.
  4. 4. Add the cleaned prawns to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
