Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the diced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, heat the remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil, and sauté the onions and green chili until softened.
- 4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften, then reduce the heat and crack the eggs directly into the pan. Add black pepper and scramble gently until fully cooked.
- 5. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan, sprinkle garam masala, and mix everything well. Cook for 1-2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a hot pan or skillet for 1 minute on each side.
- 7. Place the chicken and egg mixture onto each paratha, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and roll into wraps.
- 8. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious breakfast wraps.
