Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Nectr Mint Leaves (Chemical Free)
- 200 g Organically Grown Raw Mango
- 1 kg Papaya
- 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 100 g Agro Mantra Cinnamon Powder /Dalchini
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- 2. Peel and slice the raw mango and papaya into even pieces, then arrange them evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- 3. Dot the fruits with 75 g of softened butter, ensuring even distribution.
- 4. In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder by stirring gently until evenly blended.
- 5. Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture evenly over the fruits in the baking dish.
- 6. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 1 hour, allowing the fruits to caramelize and absorb the spices.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of freshness.
