- 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 250 g Vistevia Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of soya chunks until fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. Add 1 diced onion and 1 cup of uncooked rice to the skillet with the soya chunks. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onion softens slightly and the rice is lightly toasted.
- 4. Stir in 1 can of drained and rinsed beans, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Cover the dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and most of the moisture is absorbed.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
