Southwest Turkey Loaf with Cornbread recipe

A hearty and flavorful turkey loaf infused with Southwest spices and cornbread stuffing, perfect for a satisfying dinner. This dish is baked to perfection and topped with a tangy tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Chilli Green
  • 10 pcs Hen Fruit -10 Jumbo Size Antibiotic Free Speciality Eggs
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Kg Freshos Bread Crumbs
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 finely chopped Sambar onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup diced green chilies, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon Mirchi powder (Bedagi), 1/2 teaspoon Zoff garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow baking dish.
  4. 4. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of tomato sauce evenly over the top of the loaf.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
