A hearty and flavorful turkey loaf infused with Southwest spices and cornbread stuffing, perfect for a satisfying dinner. This dish is baked to perfection and topped with a tangy tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Chilli Green
- 10 pcs Hen Fruit -10 Jumbo Size Antibiotic Free Speciality Eggs
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 1 Kg Freshos Bread Crumbs
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 finely chopped Sambar onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup diced green chilies, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon Mirchi powder (Bedagi), 1/2 teaspoon Zoff garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Mix until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow baking dish.
- 4. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of tomato sauce evenly over the top of the loaf.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
