Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, and green chili, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  2. 2. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble gently until cooked but still soft. Remove from heat.
