- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Lemon
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken strips with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil on a flat tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then toss in the curry leaves for aroma.
- 3. Sauté the onions until golden brown, then add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick base. Season with black pepper powder.
- 5. Place the marinated chicken on the tawa and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
