  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a tawa (flat pan) over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and sauté until lightly golden and smoky on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same tawa, add the remaining oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the ginger and garlic paste, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomatoes and capsicum, followed by smoked paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the masala thickens and the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt, stirring well to create a creamy masala. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Return the sautéed paneer to the tawa, gently tossing to coat the cubes evenly in the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. 6. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a separate pan or directly over a flame until soft and pliable.
  7. 7. To assemble, place a portion of the smoky paneer masala in the center of each paratha. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and roll tightly.
  8. 8. Serve the wraps warm with a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip for added freshness.
