- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100G Oleo
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Lemon
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 G Masur Dal
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle, then add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- 2. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, smoked paprika, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and form a thick masala base.
- 3. Add the diced green bell pepper and cubed paneer to the pan. Toss gently and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the smoky spices.
- 4. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil and sauté the cooked lentils with a pinch of salt and black pepper for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Assemble the bowl by layering the lentils at the base, followed by the smoky paneer mixture. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt and garnish with chopped cilantro.
