Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with smoked paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, yogurt, and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat mustard oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the tawa and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same tawa, add the chopped onion and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat them with black pepper and a pinch of salt, then pour into the tawa. Scramble the eggs gently, mixing in the sautéed onion and green chili. Cook until just set.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat parathas on the tawa. Place a portion of the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs in the center of each paratha.
  6. 6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the filling, then fold the parathas into wraps. Serve immediately for a warm, hearty breakfast.
