Ingredients

- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with smoked paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, yogurt, and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat mustard oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the tawa and set aside.
- 3. In the same tawa, add the chopped onion and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat them with black pepper and a pinch of salt, then pour into the tawa. Scramble the eggs gently, mixing in the sautéed onion and green chili. Cook until just set.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat parathas on the tawa. Place a portion of the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs in the center of each paratha.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the filling, then fold the parathas into wraps. Serve immediately for a warm, hearty breakfast.
